Today’s workforce and its changes in demographics and expectations are something that many companies are reacting to by implementing ways to integrate a digital footprint within their organizations. The demographic make up of today’s companies often comprises of as many as five generations of employees making for a workplace that needs to be flexible and adaptable.

There is no question that with all of the social media channels at our disposal the job search and recruitment process has adapted its overall recruitment practice and strategy outside of its traditional form. How to hire great talent in the digital media world will be one of the topics discussed during our event. We will also be looking at how to successfully achieve your goals by finding comparables whether you are looking for a new opportunity or are hiring new talent for your organization. We will be practicing negotiations at all levels including different approaches relative to the public and private sectors.

Our event discussions will be lead by Ambrosia Vertesi who has spent the past ten years leading hyper growth organizations to global scale and top employer recognition. She is currently the VP of People at Duo Security, listed on Forbes Top Technology Companies of 2017.
